Cutting, Packaging in freezer paper, Grinding, Labeling and Freezing.
Vaccum packaging available, extra cost.

Breakfast, Mild Italian, Hot Italian, Polish, Bratwurst, Chorizo, Hot Cajun
Sicilian is available in 15 lb or 30 lb batches.
Bulk Sausage....$2.99 per lb.
Link Sausage....$3.99 per lb.
We can add beef fat to any sausage we make, at no additional cost.
Ground Burger .... $1.50 per lb.
Ground Burger with added beef fat....$2.00 per lb.
Please note: License and Tag Required at time of drop-off.
Hide-off only - Please remove heads and hooves.
Additional charges maybe added if animal is dirty.
